Well don’t quote me on this but it looks like the nice weather is finally approaching. Albeit a little slow, this tumultuous winter season is about to exit stage left, just in time for you to re-evaluate your goals.
Here are a couple of questions to consider:
These are great reflection questions to ponder over if you’re a thinker like me which ultimately lead us to the biggest question: how committed am I?
We all want change to happen but are we willing to do what it takes to make that change happen, whether small or big? Are we ready to say “no thanks” to foods that make us crave more, ready t adjust our schedules to incorporate activity daily, committed to being patient with the process and working on our mindset one day at a time?
Being committed is BIG; but it’s not impossible. It’s the willing attitude that will produce a winning result – and you’re all winners people, small victory or large. Championship teams don’t win because of chance; they become champions because they commit to the mindset of a champion, never giving up during challenging times or circumstances beyond their control, strategizing and creating a gameplan that considers the “what ifs” and “if that doesn’t work” situations.
Are you willing to do these things to generate change, short-term and long-term?
See, success is a cycle: you have a dream, you have a plan, you execute, you fail, you execute, you fail, you execute, and BAM – YOU SUCCEED! It may take a couple of tries to get there but if you stay committed, you will. Giving up is easy and regrettable; enduring is challenging and rewarding.
