What's Up FITTNation!
All of us have our own “zone” when it comes to work. Some choose the comfortable route, going about their regular routine each day and that satisfies them enough to feel accomplished. Others go the uncomfortable direction challenging their routine so as to break out of the regular and try something new in hopes of building new motivation.
What’s your “zone”? What gets you fired up, pumped, and ready for battle? How do you stay “zoned in” on your target or goal for the minute, the hour, the day, or the week? How does that “zone” apply in your workouts or everyday life?
These are a couple of key questions to consider when preparing your mind and body for the effort that you are set to put forth. So what does your “zone” consist of?
For one thing, if it includes your cell phone, a hot guy or girl, or a series of loud grunts, growls, and screams…hey, I don’t judge but I’ll tell you – your “zone” is quite distracting. The key is that you want to ensure that a high level of focus is there so that each movement is BAM –right on the money:-)
